Acceptable Use and AI Content Policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

This policy sets out what you may and may not create, upload, publish or sell using PressRun (the “Service”), operated by GULI Shots LTD, trading as PressRun (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. It applies to your prompts, any images you upload, everything the Service generates for you, and anything published to your shop through the Service.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, publish or sell content that:

  • sexualises minors in any way, or depicts anyone who appears to be under 18 in a sexual or suggestive context;
  • is sexually explicit, pornographic or contains nudity intended to arouse;
  • promotes hatred, harassment or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics;
  • glorifies or incites violence, terrorism, violent extremism or self-harm, or uses the symbols of extremist or terrorist groups;
  • depicts graphic gore or cruelty to people or animals;
  • promotes illegal drugs, weapons trafficking or other illegal activity;
  • is defamatory, or is designed to deceive, including fake news, false health claims or content that impersonates a person, brand or organisation;
  • breaks any law that applies to you, to us or to your customers.

2. Intellectual property

Most marketplace takedowns come from intellectual property complaints. You must not create or sell content that infringes anyone else’s rights, including:

  • trademarks, logos and brand names (for example sports teams, bands, car makers, fashion or entertainment brands);
  • copyrighted characters, films, TV shows, games, comics, song lyrics, book quotes or artwork you do not have a licence to use;
  • close copies of another artist’s specific work, or prompts that name a living artist to reproduce their work for sale;
  • photographs, illustrations or designs you upload but do not own or have permission to use.

AI models can produce images that resemble existing works without being asked to. Check every image before you list it; responsibility for what you sell is yours.

3. Real people

  • Do not create images of real, identifiable people (including celebrities, public figures and private individuals) without their permission.
  • Never create sexual, degrading or misleading images of a real person, or images that could be mistaken for a genuine photo of an event that did not happen.
  • Do not use a real person’s name or likeness to imply they endorse your products.

4. Selling AI-generated work honestly

  • Follow Etsy’s rules for AI-generated and print-on-demand items, including its Creativity Standards and any requirement to disclose that AI tools and a production partner were used.
  • Do not describe AI-generated artwork as hand-painted, an original painting, a photograph or otherwise made in a way it was not.
  • Listing text drafted by the Service is a starting point. Review it for accuracy before publishing, including sizes, materials and delivery times.
  • Do not use fake reviews, keyword stuffing or other tactics that breach marketplace policies.

5. Misuse of the Service

You must not:

  • try to get around our content filters or those of our AI model providers;
  • use the Service to build datasets or train other AI models, or scrape it by automated means we have not approved;
  • share accounts, create multiple accounts to claim extra trial credits, or bypass usage limits;
  • probe, overload or attack the Service, or access accounts or data that are not yours.

6. Third-party policies

The Service relies on third-party AI models, Etsy and our print partner, each with its own content rules. Content those providers refuse to generate, list or print may be blocked even if this policy does not mention it, and you must also follow their policies.

7. How we enforce this policy

7.1 Moderation

We and our providers may use automated filters and human review to detect content that breaks this policy. Prompts or images may be blocked before or after generation.

7.2 Action we may take

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may:

  • block or remove the content;
  • warn you;
  • suspend or close your account, without refund for serious or repeated breaches;
  • disconnect integrations with your shop or print account;
  • report content to the relevant authorities where the law requires or we believe it necessary.

Child sexual abuse material is never tolerated. Any account found creating or uploading it will be closed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

7.3 Appeals

If you think we got a decision wrong, email gulishots@gmail.com with your account email and the details, and we will review it.

8. Reporting content

To report content made with PressRun that you believe breaks this policy or infringes your rights, email gulishots@gmail.com with a link or description of the content and, for intellectual property complaints, details of the work you own. Products listed on Etsy can also be reported to Etsy directly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as AI models, laws and marketplace rules change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, for example by email or in the app.
